Not too bad since I took one week off in February, a week off in August and a week off after each marathon this year. All in all a great year, broke 2000 km and managed to run 224 times. Wish I knew how many of those were on the dreadmill, I'd guess most of them though.
Too bad that 37lbs of lbs burned isn't more apparent on my backside!

awesome job! I hate the pounds burned stat...how did I not get more of that on MY body?! :)
I find the dreadmill so dreadful that I'll use all the other machines but that one. I figure they help my overall fitness and hopefully also help the running a little too.
Great year! Just think of the weight you'd have gained if you DIDN'T work out!
