I received this email today asking me to confirm my registration time. I qualified using my Ottawa time of 3:57:25 but then upgraded it with my Scotiabank time of 3:55:04.
I'm guessing they are getting ready to assign bib numbers and corral numbers for the start.....
Training is going well, I have my first 18 mile run scheduled for this weekend. Things are ramping up. Will take my rest week on the 19th of February and then be back at it until the race.
They released the 2012 Boston gear recently and the jackets are orange.
I think it's growing on me a bit as it looks better than it did the first time I looked at it. I'm definitely going to get one although I'm not sure I'll ever wear it. I'd feel to "obvious" and I'm more of a blend in the background kind of person. I will also get the capris, those I will wear.
I am looking forward to shopping down in Boston that's for sure.

Very exciting! My son is crazy about orange. He wants our house and pool painted orange. I think it will be great for Boston.

You'll stand out on a gloomy day! I wore an orange shirt when I ran today just for that reason - I ran on the road a bit and wanted to be seen.
